Arm Auto is putting together industrial lots for commercial electric fleets. One property holds the power, the charging row, and the wash. People on this team built and ran a U.S. public EV charging network.

Land first. An industrial parcel with room for a charging row and a wash lane. Power second. A utility interconnect sized for a fleet that sits on the lot overnight, not a couple of street chargers. Hardware third. Stalls and a wash building on that same ground so a car never leaves for either job.

Arm Auto is set up to buy and run a commercial fleet when those vehicles are sold to operators. Until then the same lot can serve other commercial EVs. The lot operator pays for power. The fleet company owns the cars. Riders stay on an existing ride-hailing network. We are not launching a second consumer app. Connector types and kilowatts follow the vehicles we can actually buy.
